This research is motivated by the bullying case at SMPN 2 Cimanggu, which attracted public attention after a video of the incident went viral on social media. Although it occurred outside of school hours and on school premises, this incident generated pressure from the community and tested the school's conflict management capacity. This study aims to describe planning based on identifying the facts and root causes of bullying cases, organizing, identifying conflict management styles using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and monitoring. This study then analyzes the impact of conflict management on reconciliation efforts using the Lederach conflict transformation model. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with the principal, guidance counselor, homeroom teacher, parents, and students, as well as documentation and observation. Data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data presentation, and thematic drawing of conclusions. Data validity was tested using source and technique triangulation. This study found that conflict management based on a collaborative approach at SMPN 2 Cimanggu proved successful in achieving reconciliation through the restoration of relationships between the victim and the perpetrator, as well as between the school and the community, improvements to the violence prevention system, and the transformation of the school culture to become more inclusive. Conflict management in the bullying case was carried out systematically, starting with flexible planning that adapted to the dynamics. Organization through the establishment of the Violence Prevention and Handling Team (TPPK), implementation of the five Thomas-Kilmann conflict-handling styles in an adaptive manner, with collaboration as the dominant approach. The handling process covered victim recovery, offender rehabilitation, and public opinion management, accompanied by restorative justice-based monitoring through character education, religious guidance, social activities, and psychological support for more than one month. This approach resulted in reconciliation and the restoration of the school climate, reflected in improved student relationships and the successful maintenance of public trust through transparent communication, cross-sector collaboration, and a focus on student well-being, dismantling of negative groups, fostering a culture of care, as well as transparency and multi-stakeholder engagement, in line with Lederach’s concept of conflict transformation. %Z Dr. H.
