This study analyzes how menstrual experiences shape women's ecological awareness and more sustainable consumption practices. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach on Hasta Ningrat women who use cloth menstrual pads as an alternative to conventional menstrual products. Susan Griffin's symbolic ecofeminism theory serves as the primary theoretical framework for understanding the connection between oppression of women and exploitation of nature. Griffin emphasizes that women's bodies and nature share a deep symbolic connection, both of which are subjected to domination within the patriarchal system. The research findings indicate that the Hasta Ningrat women's practice of using cloth pads is not only a sustainable consumption choice but also a form of resistance against the commodification of women's bodies and environmental exploitation. The experience of menstruation with cloth pads fosters ecological awareness through several dimensions: first, an understanding of the environmental impact of disposable menstrual products; second, reconciliation with the body and the natural cycle of women; third, economic empowerment through the production and use of locally made, environmentally friendly products. From research journey to presentation of research results This study reveals that women's ecological awareness is not only formed through rational knowledge about the environment, but also through intimate and personal bodily experiences. The practice of using cloth pads becomes a medium for building a more harmonious relationship between women's bodies and nature, while challenging the dominant narrative that separates the personal from the political, the body from the environment.} }
