The Swadaya Program is an initiative aimed at improving drivers' welfare through various economic, social, and capacity-building support. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and program documentation analysis. The findings indicate that the Swadaya Program has developed three key aspects in supporting drivers: (1) strengthening economic capacity through access to affordable staple goods and vehicle maintenance, (2) establishing a social support system through community activities, and (3) enhancing financial literacy and skill development. The program has facilitated access to financial and social services for partner drivers and their families, including savings programs, BPJS insurance, and educational scholarships. The implementation of the Swadaya Program highlights the importance of a holistic approach to community empowerment, integrating economic, social, and capacity-building aspects. This study suggests the development of a more comprehensive monitoring system, program expansion, and strengthening of mental health initiatives to enhance the program's effectiveness in sustainably supporting the well-being of online motorcycle taxi drivers. %Z Dr. Roma Ulinnuha, S.S., M.Hum.
