However, many inclusive schools still face difficulties in teacher recruitment, particularly in assessing psychological aspect such as emphaty, emotional regulation, self-efficacy, and inclusive attitudes. This study aims to develop a recruitment and psychological readiness assessment guide for teachers in inclusive education settings. This research uses the Research and Development (R\&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The analysis phase was conducted through interviews and document studies at SD INTIS School Yogyakarta, while the development phase involved validation by material experts, media experts, and practioners. This model was choosen because it provides a systematic framework to produce products relevant to field needs. The result show that the developed guide was deemed highly feasible by content experts, media experts, and practioners, with an average practicality score of 83.75\%. The guide includes a systematic recruitment procedures, psychological assessment instruments, and an implementation guidelines that are easy for school recruitment teams to understand. This guide provides practical contributions to school in selecting teachers who are have the mental, emotional, and social readiness to educate diverse students.} }
