The main focus is directed at the subjective experiences of mothers in carrying out their parenting roles at a very young age, as well as the impact on the quality of the mother-child relationship. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with seven teenage mother informants living in Polewali Mandar Regency. The research findings indicate that parenting stress arises as a result of various factors, such as psychological unpreparedness, physical and mental fatigue, absence of the husband, and social and economic pressures. The accumulation of this stress directly impacts the quality of mother-child interactions, which then shapes insecure attachment patterns, both in ambivalent and avoidant forms. Children raised in these conditions exhibit emotional disturbance symptoms such as anger outbursts, excessive anxiety, withdrawal, and difficulties in building social interactions. This study emphasizes the importance of emotional and social support for teenage mothers, as protective factors in the parenting process and the formation of healthy attachments. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for psychosocial interventions and public policies in supporting more adaptive parenting in the context of early marriage. %K Ibu Usia Remaja, Stres Pengasuhan, Kelekatan Anak %D 2025 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib72849
