MKB, BANTUL) %X The selection of appropriate raw material suppliers is a crucial factor in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring the quality of final products, particularly in the furniture industry. CV. MKB, a company engaged in furniture manufacturing, utilizes HPL (High Pressure Laminated) as its primary raw material in the production process. The current process of selecting HPL suppliers at CV. MKB remains manual and unstructured, making it vulnerable to subjectivity, time-consuming procedures, and inefficiencies. Variations in price, quality, delivery time, and warranty among suppliers pose significant challenges in decision-making. This study aims to analyze and determine the best HPL supplier by applying the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to determine the weight of each criterion, and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method for evaluating and ranking the alternatives. A quantitative approach was employed, using primary data obtained from three expert respondents. Four main criteria were used in the supplier evaluation: delivery time, quality, warranty, and price. The results of the AHP calculation indicate that quality has the highest weight of 0.43, followed by price at 0.30, delivery time at 0.19, and warranty at 0.08. These weights were then applied in the SAW method to rank the three analyzed suppliers. Based on the SAW analysis, TB. Kasongan was identified as the best supplier with the highest preference score of 1.00, followed by CV. Cipta Sejahtera Bersama with 0.98, and PT. Mitra Anda with 0.81.
