This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing production capacity planning using the Line Balancing method with the Rank Positional Weight (RPW) approach at PT. Efrata Garmindo Utama, especially for the One Set Korea Kemeja product. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal number of work stations and analyze changes in production efficiency by comparing the production line before and after the implementation of the RPW method. The results of this study indicate that before the implementation of the RPW method, the production line consisted of 21 stations with an efficiency of 67,36% and a total idle time of 1560,39 seconds. Then after the analysis and rebalancing using the RPW method, the number of stations can be reduced to 16 stations with an increase in efficiency to 88,41% and a decrease in Idle Time to 422,19 seconds. These results indicate that the RPW method is effective in balancing the workload between stations, reducing time waste, and increasing production efficiency. Thus, the RPW method can be used as a more optimal production capacity planning solution in companies.
