Elderly people who live on their own face various challenges, including physical, psychological, social, and economic aspects. With declining health conditions, feelings of loneliness, and limited family support, self-efficacy becomes an important factor in determining how the elderly can survive and manage their daily lives. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using the case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were elderly individuals living alone, while additional informants consisted of family members, neighbors, posyandu cadres, and health workers. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation techniques used to maintain validity. The findings of this study show that the condition of elderly people living alone can be illustrated through their daily activities as an effort to sustain themselves and achieve self-efficacy. Activities such as gardening, raising livestock, and socializing with neighbors are the most common practices among the elderly. In addition, they generally achieve self-efficacy through their experiences in carrying out certain activities, where they are able to attain success.
