This study examines the mechanism of collecting and distributing cash waqf through the digital platform BSI Mobile, which later migrated to BYOND, and evaluates its compliance with the provisions of Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. The research focuses on the question of whether the implementation of this practice meets the applicable legal standards. The research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore in depth the process of collecting and distributing cash waqf at BSI KCP Kusumanegara. Primary data were obtained through observation and interviews, while secondary data consisted of relevant literature and statutory regulations. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of cash waqf collection and distribution through BSI Mobile, which later transitioned to BYOND, complies with the provisions of Law No. 41 of 2004. However, improvements are needed in the form of periodic and real-time reporting systems to strengthen transparency and accountability. The collected waqf funds are allocated productively to provide sustainable benefits for waqf beneficiaries. To optimize the service, it is recommended to enhance education and outreach, both online and offline, develop productive waqf programs, and improve transaction convenience as well as monitoring and evaluation systems. %Z Dr. Zusiana Elly Triantini, M.SI
