Several cases have been identified, including severe disciplinary violations such as immoral acts committed by a school principal, attendance-related misconduct at a state Islamic institute, as well as frequent tardiness and unjustified absences in schools across three districts: Curup Tengah, Curup Timur, and Curup Utara Rejang Lebong Regency in 2024. These conditions highlight a gap between existing regulations and their practical implementation, thereby requiring consistent and structured law enforcement on ASN discipline, grounded in legal frameworks and integrity values. This study aims to examine how disciplinary law enforcement is implemented toward ASN indiscipline in the Department of Education of Rejang Lebong Regency and how it is applied from the perspective of siyāsah dustūriyyah. The research employed a case study approach with data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation, then analyzed qualitatively using an inductive reasoning method, drawing general conclusions from specific findings in the field. The results indicate that ASN disciplinary enforcement has been carried out through mechanisms such as verbal warnings, formal summons, administrative sanctions, and referrals to BKPSDM and the Inspectorate. However, challenges remain, including weak individual discipline awareness and inconsistent supervision by direct superiors. From the perspective of siyāsah dustūriyyah, these enforcement efforts align with the Islamic principle of the rule of law, where authority is limited by regulation, yet still require strengthening of moral integrity to achieve a professional, just, and authoritative government. %Z Dr. H.M.
