However, the reality on the ground shows that there are serious issues related to the rights of land and building owners located along the toll road, especially those who are not included in the land acquisition area but are still affected by the project. Community groups are facing economic, social, and ecological losses, including decreased land value, limited road access, and pollution and noise disturbances, without adequate compensation schemes. These issues highlight the unequal distribution of development benefits, which contradicts principles of social justice and should protect all citizens. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the rights of landowners and buildings along the Yogyakarta ?Solo within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 1 (Poverty Eradication), Goal 10 (Reducing Inequality), Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). Additionally, this study employs Nejatullah Ash-Shiddiqi's theory of Islamic justice, which emphasizes the balance between individual freedom, social interests, and moral values in development. The research method used is sociological-legal with a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and literature reviews. The researcher explores the phenomenon of injustice experienced by affected communities and assesses the extent to which existing regulations, particularly Law No. 2 of 2012 on Land Acquisition for Public Interest, can guarantee the protection of their rights. The results of the study show that many landowners and building owners along the toll road who were indirectly affected did not receive compensation, while others gained significant benefits from the toll road construction. This inequality confirms the violation of the principles of inclusiveness and justice as emphasized in the SDGs and Islamic values of justice. Therefore, this study recommends the need to reformulate land acquisition policies by taking into account social, economic, and ecological aspects more comprehensively. The integration of Islamic social justice principles and SDG sustainability indicators into infrastructure projects is key to ensuring that toll road construction is not only focused on economic growth but also on protecting community rights and achieving sustainable justice.} }
