%A NIM.: 20101020003 Dedi Irawan %O Fatiyah, S.Hum., M.A. %T PERLAWANAN PEREMPUAN PALESTINA TERHADAP AGRESI ISRAEL TAHUN 1963-2023 %X The Palestinian-Israeli conflict was dissolved by the Balfour Declaration announced on 2 November 1917 by Britain expressing its support for the establishment of a national home for the Jewish nation in Palestine. In addition to the United Nations decision in 1947 to end the British mandate in the Palestinian territory by dividing it into two territories, the Jewish Israeli and Palestinian Arabs, it encouraged resistance by both men and women. The role of women is not only educating but also engaging in rebellion against Israel. Palestinian women have a role in the political, legal, economic, health, and educational fields carried out by groups and individuals. The study aims to, 1) explain the general picture of the Palestinian state and the background of the conflict between Palestine and Israel, 2) explain the role of Palestinian women in the fight against Israel in the form of groups and individuals, and 3) analyze the impact of Palestine women's resistance and its impact on Israeli aggression. This study uses the conflict theory and gender approach in conflict and war. Historical writing method is used to explain the pattern and impact women’s role in Palestinian conflict with through four stages of research: heuristic, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The studi found that are several influential female figures in Palestine namely Fatima Bernawi, Leila Khaleed, Shireen Abu Akleh, Muna al-Kurd, and Ahed Tamimi who gave their role to efforts to counter Israeli aggression. As for women's organizations or committees that include and mobilize women, the Women's Work Committee (WWC) comprises the Federation of Palestinian Woman's Action Committees (FPSC), the Union of Palestine Women' s Commitees (UPWC), the United Palestinian Working Womens' Commités (UPSC) and the WOMEN's Committee for Social Work (WCSW). The Palestinian women's resistance patterns are divided into two periods of resistance: the Palestinian Women's Resistance Pattern and the Impact of the 2000-2023 resistance, which is divided in three modes: first, Palestinian girls engaged in armed conflict, second, women contributed to political participation, third, gained international support. %K Perempuan, Konflik, Rakyat Palestina %D 2024 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib73380
