Resilience and development of service quality must always be carried out. One way to do this is by knowing the value of the quality of service that has been provided. The value of library service quality can be measured using various approaches. One effective approach is the LibQUAL + ™ method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the Final Assignment Collection Service of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library using the LibQUAL + ™ method. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The population determined in this study was all academicians of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta who had accessed the final assignment collection service at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library. Sampling was done using purposive sampling technique, and data analysis using LibQUAL +™ method was done using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study obtained an average perception score (P) of 27.261, a minimum expectation score (HM) of 27.085, an ideal expectation score (HI) of 31.628 or HM
