%X This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the performance of librarians on circulation services at Widya Pustaka Library of the Yogyakarta City Youth Education and Sports Office. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with sampling techniques using probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The population in this study consisted of education department employees and members of the technical service unit totaling 220 people with a sample of 69 people. The results in this study indicate that: 1) data analysis on librarian performance variables obtained a grand mean value of 3.31, indicating that the value of librarian performance variables is in the very good category. 2) data analysis on the library satisfaction variable obtained a grand mean value of 3.26, indicating that the value of the library satisfaction variable is in the very good category. 3) In this study, there is a significant influence between the performance of librarians and library satisfaction, as evidenced by the results of the value of r count greater than r table (0.534> 0.234) with a moderate level of relationship and positive relationship form, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. 4) Between the performance of librarians in circulation services on library satisfaction has an influence of 28.5% seen from the results of R Square.
