description: This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of library interior design on library user comfort at Ganesa Library SMA N 1 Cangkringan. This research uses inferential quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were library users who were registered as members of the Ganesa Library SMA N 1 Cangkringan in the 2023/2024 school year. While the influence of interior design on comfort is the object of this research. The population in this study was taken from members registered in the library administration in the 2023/2024 school year as many as 416 students, 29 teachers, and 12 staff / employees with a total of 457. The sample of this study amounted to 82 with proportionate stratified simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used mean and grand mean. The results showed that there is a significant influence between library interior design and library user comfort. This is indicated by the value of r count greater than r table (0.833 > 0.217), then Ha is accepted. So, it can be stated that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and it is known that the value of the significant level is 69.4%, which implies that the effect of library interior design on library user comfort is 69.4%. Obtained a total value grand mean of 3.24, thus indicating that the influence of interior design on library user comfort in Ganesa Library SMA N 1 Cangkringan classified in the good category.
