description: This study aims to determine the quality of circulation services using the LibQUAL + ™ method at the University Library of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research method is quantitative-descriptive. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The results obtained the average score of minimum expectations (HM) is 24.36, the ideal expectation score (HI) is 32.99, and the perception score (P) is 27.44 or HM<P<HI. Then the gap score is the Adequacy Gap (GP) score of 3.08, and the Superiority Gap (SG) score of -5.56. Based on these scores, it can be interpreted that the quality of circulation services at the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University Library is of sufficient quality. Looking at the results of the AG score which shows a positive value and SG is negative, it shows that the quality of circulation services is within the zone of tolerance. This means that circulation services at the University Library of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have been able to meet the minimum expectations of the users, but have not been able to meet the ideal expectations of the users. From the results of this study, it is recommended to the Library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to pay attention to the indicators in LibQUAL + ™ which have the smallest gap value in each dimension in order to further improve their quality.
