%X This research aims to determine dynamic records management at the Yogyakarta Special Region Transportation Service. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with the research subjects being employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Transportation Service. And the object of this research is dynamic archive management carried out by the Yogyakarta Special Region Transportation Service. In the data collection method, researchers collected data by observation, direct interviews with archivists and correspondence admins and indirect interviews with employees who use dynamic archives, as well as carrying out documentation. The researcher's stages in analyzing data are by carrying out three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of research data carried out by researchers is a credibility test with triangulation of sources, techniques and member checks. The results of this research are the dynamic archive management activities of the Yogyakarta Special Region Transportation Service including: creating and receiving dynamic archives, storing dynamic archives, using dynamic archives, maintaining dynamic archives, and moving and merging dynamic archives. There are obstacles in the activities carried out by archivists, correspondence admins, employees related to dynamic archive management and the use of the SRIKANDI application.
