description: This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction of the Kubuku UPT Library UNS application using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method using seven dimensions, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, system speed, and system reliability. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subject of this research is the user of the Kubuku UPT Library UNS application. The population in this study were 292 active users of the Kubuku UPT Library UNS application. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling and used the Slovin or Taro Yamane formula to produce a sample of 75 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data measurement used in this study is a Likert scale with four answer categories. The results of this study indicate that the content dimension produces a percentage of 73,3% categorized as high, the accuracy dimension produces a percentage of 73,3% categorized as high, the format dimension produces a percentage of 77,8% categorized as very high, the ease of use dimension produces a percentage of 83,1% categorized as very high, the timeliness dimension produces a percentage of 70,7% categorized as high, the system speed dimension produces a percentage of 66,7% categorized as high, and the system reliability dimension produces a percentage of 78,7% categorized as very high. Based on the research results, all dimensions have a high and very high level of assessment, but evaluation needs to be carried out using other methods such as TTF to determine the suitability of the Kubuku application and users and HOT-Fit to determine the organization's readiness in managing the application.
