The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with the subject of research on children of PUSRAKA visitors at the Library and Archives Departement of Klaten District and the object of research on the level of achievement of PUSRAKA service goals. The population in this study is child visitors at the Library and Archives Departement of Klaten District with a sample of 85 respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Instrument testing tecniques use validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is by calculating the mean. The results of this study show that the level of achievement of PUSRAKA service objectives at the Library and Archives Departement of Klaten District received a score of 3.53 with the category of very achieved. With the highest sub-variable value of 3.77 contained in the sub-variable provides guidance on choosing collections that are suitable for the age of children with highly achievable categories. The results of observations at the PUSRAKA service show that librarians provide friendly and patient service to visitors. Meanwhile, the lowest score is found in the sub-variable supporting lifelong learning with an average score of 3.15 in the achieved category. The results of observations in the PUSRAKA service show that there are no non-fiction reading books for children.
