Reference services are one of the important services provided by libraries to help users find and access information effectively. Even though the Ganesha Library has been accredited A and achieved achievements at regional and national levels, based on observations, problems were found related to inadequate reference services, where reference librarians were often not in the reference room. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively to evaluate reference services at the Ganesha Library of SMA Negeri 1 Jetis. The research results show that reference services at the Ganesha Library are not optimal due to several factors, such as difficulty in accessing reference services, lack of training for librarians, and lack of supporting facilities. This research provides recommendations for improving the quality of reference services, including by increasing the accessibility of reference rooms and overcoming access difficulties, holding regular librarian training, and completing reference service support facilities. However, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of reference services in school libraries, especially the Ganesha Library of SMA Negeri 1 Jetis, as well as become a reference for further research related to the same topic. Apart from that, the results of this research can be used as consideration for schools in making policies regarding the development of library services %Z Drs. Djazim Rohmadi, M.Si.
