The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing library research. Data collection was conducted through documentation, while data analysis employed the 'lesap' technique from the agih method. The research findings indicate that Arabic nominal phrases encompass various lexical categories, such as nouns, conjunctions, adjectives, adverbials, numerals, demonstratives, and relative pronouns. Structurally, these nominal phrases can be categorized as either coordinative (Tarkīb ‘Aṭfiy) or subordinative (Tarkīb iḍāfiy, Tarkīb waṣfiy). Additionally, nominal phrases exhibit diverse semantik meanings depending on their type. In Tarkīb iḍāfiy, meanings include partial, specific, possession, result, origin of goods, location, and time. Tarkīb waṣfiy encompasses meanings of personal, explanatory, praise, criticism, and emphasis. Meanwhile, Tarkīb ‘Aṭfiy conveys meanings of combination, sequence, accompaniment, purpose, choice, and negation. %Z Khairon Nahdiyyin, M.A
