abstract: The purpose of this research to know of the action promotion strategic that
act by mobile library in the library center in Pacitan Regency to promote their
mobile library. The method that used in this research is qualitatif description. The
technic to collect data in this research is using observation, interview and
documentation. In this qualitatif research, the validity and reliabilty of this
research is cridibilitas,transferbilitas test, dependibilitas test, and komfirmabilitas
test. The product of this research that the book mobile promote their library by
free service, sosialisation, user education, the variety of library collection and the
library contest. Altough, the facility of this book mobile is giving information
about new book, brosure, and book fair. The promotion of book mobile will more
giving information and remaining the product and the service of library, although
the library can increase the interesting of reading book in society. To get the
maximal promotion the promotion must added the calculation and special
proficiency. If doing this promotion by effective and efficient to decision the
objectives and implementation based on the calculation.
