This discourse needs to be criticized because there is a message in the text that the reader must realize that there is a power of panoptimism which is one of the problems that hinder the resolution of the Israel-Palestine conflict. Therefore, the public will be more sentimental and critical in responsding to critical discourse related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and become a reference for not being led to become an object of panopticism. The data of this research are lingual features in the digital newspaper literature of al-Quds al-'Arabiy and Monte Carlo Doualiya. This research uses a critical qualitative approach using Jean Carabine's Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) framework which refers to Foucault's perspective. In this case, it is also assisted by Theo Van Leeuween's Discourse Analysis theory to identify discourse strategies. The results showed that during October 7th , 2023- March 7th, 2024, there was a discourse of criticism against panopticism in the form of disciplining the body to passively help Palestine, normalizing occupation, and feeling watched by terrorist discourse. The context that influences the existence of such discourse is related discourse in the form of news in the mass media and Youtube, as well as genealogical factors. The genealogical factor is due to the consensus discourse in the form of checkpoints that have been legitimized since 1949-2024, control to accept the US veto discourse since 1947-2024, and the interest factor of Arab countries since 1979. Then this has also been influenced by the terrorist labeling of Palestine and its supporters since 1987. As a result, until now, the labeling still exists, even varying in the form of other discourses. %Z Dr. Ening Herniti, M.Hum.
