The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the liquidity of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach with time series data covering the period 2021?2024. Internal factors consist of ROA, BOPO, and NPF, while external factors include interest rates and exchange rates. The analytical method used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The results indicate that, in the short run, BOPO and NPF have a negative and significant effect on liquidity, while ROA has a positive and significant effect in the long run. On the external side, interest rates and exchange rates significantly affect liquidity in the short run.
