The teaching materials used are still in the form of textbooks without interactive elements that can facilitate students' understanding. This research aims to produce an interactive e-module design based on a book creator on nervous system material, determine the feasibility of the e-module, and determine the practicality of the e-module. Research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, but is limited to the development stage. The product developed was tested for feasibility and practicality using a questionnaire, with validity analysis using Aiken's V and Pearson Product Moment, as well as reliability using Cronbach Alpha. The results of this research are in the form of an interactive e-module based on a book creator with nervous system material. The results of the feasibility test obtained scores from material experts and media experts of 85% and 88.7% respectively. The reliability test results were 93% and 95.9% respectively. This shows that the product is declared "very feasible". The practicality test from the teacher obtained a validity of 87.1% and a reliability of 97.2%, while the students obtained a validity of 72.5% and a reliability of 92.5%. Therefore, the e-module is considered very practical.
