"The background of this research stems from the researcher's interest in the\r\nworld of Tahfizhul Qur'an education and the phenomenon of spiritual intelligence\r\nin society. Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta is a non-formal educational institution\r\nthat focuses on Al-Qur'an education for students and the community. However, in\r\nreality, the management of the institution has not been carried out effectively, even\r\nthough the activities within it have been running well. This necessitates a clear and\r\nsystematic management process to assess the extent to which management\r\nfunctions have been implemented and their relationship with spiritual intelligence.\r\nTherefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the management of the Qur'an\r\nmemorization program at Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta in improving the\r\nspiritual intelligence of students.\r\nThis study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary\r\ndata was obtained from a set of informants directly involved with the research\r\nvariables, namely the director of Rumah Qur'an, the ustadzah in charge of the\r\nprogram, and the students. Data collection was carried out through interviews,\r\nobservation, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's theory\r\nthrough the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.\r\nData validity was tested through source and technique triangulation methods.\r\nBased on the results of the study at Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta, it can\r\nbe concluded that: First, program planning runs well in accordance with the\r\ninstitution's objectives, following the curriculum and schedule as well as guidance\r\ntailored to the character of the program, although it is not yet explicitly related to\r\nthe spiritual intelligence of the students. Second, the program is organized in a\r\nstructured manner with a transparent division of tasks and workflow. Third,\r\nprogram implementation is consistent with the schedule, applying adaptive learning\r\nmethods that encourage active student participation, accompanied by activities that\r\nsupport spiritual intelligence, although this is not yet evenly distributed across all\r\nprograms. Fourth, program supervision is carried out routinely through monitoring\r\nand periodic evaluation reports, with measurable corrective actions that directly\r\nimprove students' understanding of the value of discipline and their desire to\r\nimprove themselves. Supporting factors for the program include the competence of\r\nthe musyrifah, a regular schedule, and the motivation of the santri, while obstacles\r\ninclude time constraints, differences in individual abilities, unclear memorization\r\ntargets, and a lack of supporting activities."^^ .
