Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta is a non-formal educational institution that focuses on Al-Qur'an education for students and the community. However, in reality, the management of the institution has not been carried out effectively, even though the activities within it have been running well. This necessitates a clear and systematic management process to assess the extent to which management functions have been implemented and their relationship with spiritual intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the management of the Qur'an memorization program at Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta in improving the spiritual intelligence of students. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained from a set of informants directly involved with the research variables, namely the director of Rumah Qur'an, the ustadzah in charge of the program, and the students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's theory through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation methods. Based on the results of the study at Rumah Qur'an Salima Surakarta, it can be concluded that: First, program planning runs well in accordance with the institution's objectives, following the curriculum and schedule as well as guidance tailored to the character of the program, although it is not yet explicitly related to the spiritual intelligence of the students. Second, the program is organized in a structured manner with a transparent division of tasks and workflow. Third, program implementation is consistent with the schedule, applying adaptive learning methods that encourage active student participation, accompanied by activities that support spiritual intelligence, although this is not yet evenly distributed across all programs. Fourth, program supervision is carried out routinely through monitoring and periodic evaluation reports, with measurable corrective actions that directly improve students' understanding of the value of discipline and their desire to improve themselves.
