Such representations reinforce the discourse of hegemonic masculinity and marginalize the narrative of men as victims. In fact, sexual harassment can also be experienced by men, especially young boys. This study aims to analyze the portrayal of sexual harassment against men from a masculinity perspective in the film Joko. The study employs Raewyn Connell?s theory of masculinity and Sara Mills?s critical discourse analysis, with data collected through observation, documentation, and literature review. The findings reveal that men characters can also be portrayed as victims when they fail to embody hegemonic masculinity and become marginalized in workplace power dynamics. The film illustrates that domination is not confined to a specific gender, and that media narratives shape public perceptions of victims and perpetrators. These findings emphasize the importance of fair representation of male victims in sexual harassment discourse and open opportunities for further research involving discourse analysis or audience response.
