Based on the information gathered, the tahfidz learning outcomes at RA Tahfidzul Qur'an Wahid Hasyim were below the specified target. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the tahfidz flagship program at RA Tahfidzul Qur'an Wahid Hasyim. This program is designed to address pre-research problems such as difficulty concentrating, lack of focus, and minimal motivation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tahfidz program in terms of context, input, process, and product, as well as its overall effectiveness. This study is an evaluation study with a quantitative approach using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model as the analytical framework. The design used is a one-shot case study, where measurements are taken after the program is implemented. The population of this study was all 46 students in the tahfidz program, who were then sampled using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through participant observation and document study, while the data was analyzed using descriptive techniques with percentages. The analysis results show that the tahfidz flagship program has an overall effectiveness rate of 77.61%, placing it in the good category. This high percentage is a positive response to the initial problems. The highest evaluation score was in the process component, which shows the success of innovative learning methods and individual guidance. This success is in line with Piaget's cognitive development theory, which emphasizes concrete and enjoyable learning, and Vygotsky's theory, which highlights the role of social interaction in learning.
