"Speech ability is one aspect of development that needs to be considered\r\nearly because it can be an important indicator in detecting developmental\r\ndisorders in children. This study aims to describe teacher strategies in improving\r\nthe speech development of children with speech delay at Fawwaz Global Islamic\r\nSchool Kindergarten. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a\r\ncase study type. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and\r\ndocumentation, then analyzed inductively through the stages of data reduction,\r\ndata presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teacher\r\nstrategies included planning with early identification and learning preparation,\r\nimplementation through affection, storytelling, and Montessori methods, the use\r\nof flashcards and picture books, and the application of a differentiated learning\r\nmodel. Evaluations were conducted periodically to monitor children's\r\ndevelopment. Supporting factors included school and social environmental\r\nsupport, collaboration between teachers, cooperation with the hospital, active\r\nparental involvement, and therapy history. Inhibiting factors included a lack of\r\ninitial information from parents, limited communication with the child, and the\r\nabsence of special programs for children with special needs.
