"The background of this research arises from findings among third-grade\r\nstudents at SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman who were still unable to read the Qur’an\r\nproperly in accordance with tajwid rules, even though the school had clearly\r\nestablished tahsin graduation standards in the Tahsin–Tahfidz implementation\r\nguidebook for the 2024/2025 academic year. This condition indicates the need to\r\nstrengthen tahsin learning management in order to achieve the targeted outcomes\r\noptimally. Therefore, this study aims to examine and analyze the management of\r\ntahsin al-Qur’an learning at SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman by employing a SWOT\r\nanalysis matrix.\r\nThis research is a descriptive qualitative research.. The determination of\r\nthe source material is based on the purposive type of non-probability sampling\r\ntechnique, based on the namely KUE criteria (knowing, understanding, and\r\nexperiencing). The research subjects consisted of the principal, vice principal,\r\ntahsin teachers, and students. Data were collected through interviews,\r\nobservations, and documentation, then analyzed through transcription, coding,\r\ngrouping, comparing and contrasting, as well as interpreting. Data validity was\r\nensured through source and technique triangulation.\r\nThe findings reveal that: (a) the management of tahsin al-Qur’an learning\r\nis systematically implemented through planning, organizing, implementing, and\r\nsupervising. Planning includes the formulation of objectives, learning patterns,\r\nschedules, achievement targets, and student group distribution. Organizing\r\ninvolves task distribution and coordination among the principal, vice principal,\r\ntahsin board, and tahsin teachers. Implementation takes place within the school\r\nenvironment using both classical and individual approaches, supported by\r\nlearning media and a reward system. Supervision is conducted through routine\r\nmonitoring, direct observation, and evaluation of learning outcomes, followed by\r\ncoaching or strategic adjustments when obstacles are identified; (b) based on the\r\nSWOT analysis, the tahsin program possesses internal strengths such as wellstructured\r\nmanagement, competent teachers, institutional commitment, a relevant\r\nlocal curriculum, community support, and student motivation. Development\r\nopportunities include the utilization of technology, community involvement, and\r\nthe growth of an innovation-oriented culture. Weaknesses consist of teacher\r\ninstability, limited interactive media, and uneven student achievement, while\r\nexternal threats include parental pressure, less conducive classroom conditions,\r\nand shifts in educational policy. Development strategies are directed toward\r\nstrengthening human resources, providing professional development for tahsin\r\nteachers, increasing parental literacy regarding the program, and reinforcing\r\npre-tahsin stages for beginner students."^^ .
