Nur Saidah, S.Ag., M.Ag %T PENGELOLAAN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH (STUDI PERBANDINGAN IMPLEMENTASI KEPENGAWASAN DI KECAMATAN TINGKIR KOTA SALATIGA DAN KECAMATAN KARANGGEDE KABUPATEN BOYOLALI) %X This research background is to determine whether the supervision of MI supervisors in carrying out their duties has been in accordance with regulations, as well as too compare the supervision of MI supervisors at the city and regency levels, to see of there are any differences and what the causes may be. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research include supervisors of MI in the Tingkir Discrict of Salatiga City and the Karanggede District of Boyolali Regency. The data collection methods used in this research include observation techniques., interviews, and documentation. Too test the validity of the data, the researcher uses source triangulation techniques and triangulation by sorting from the results of interviews with existing documents and observations. The results of this research showed that 1) Supervisors inn Tingkir District if Salatiga City and Karanggede District of Boyolali Regency create their own supervision programs, 2) The strategy of MI supervisors in the Tingkir District of Salatiga City and Karanggede District of Boyolali Regency in conducting supervision to monitored the education process includes carrying out academic supervision and managerial supervision. From these two aspects, the supervisors monitored the implementation of 8 National Eduacation Standards in MI in each sub-district. In addition to menitores the 8 SNP, 3) The evaluation of the implementation of supervision of MI in the Tingkir District of Salatiga City and Karanggede District shown that both areas have been carrying out supervision according to the inspection program plan from each MI supervisor.
