This study uses a quantitative method and was processed using SmartPLS version 4. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 33 respondents. Data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. The results show that transformational leadership and work environment variables had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. As for the variables of perceived organizational support and career development did not show a significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings provide insights for BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta to understad the factor that influence job satisfaction and improve the transformational leadership style and work environment in the company.} }
