This research is descriptive quantitative survey. Data collection methods used in this research include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The variables used are the independent variables (job rotation) and the dependent variable (performance librarian), as for the whole population are library employees who regularly rotated by the number of 24 library employees. Analysis of data using Product Moment Correlation formula and data processed using SPSS software version 16 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant effect between job rotation librarian performance in Library Unit Institut Seni Indonesia of Yogyakarta. It can be seen from the results obtained correlation coefficient is equal to 685 where the count r> r table at the 5% significance level of 0.423 and r table at the significant level of 1% r table is 0.537. Job rotation in the Library Unit Institut Seni Indonesia of Yogyakarta categorized Neither proved to Grand Mean of 3.06. As for the library staff's performance in the category of Very Good evidenced by the Grand Mean of 3.30. Strong correlation coefficient value or high value means more work rotation coefficients in Library Unit Institut Seni Indonesia of Yogyakarta, the higher the level of employee performance libraries Library Unit Institut Seni Indonesia of Yogyakarta. The study is expected to provide input to the library to improve or maintain performance in terms of both library employees work rotation or other factors.
