        abstract = {This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and corporate culture on financial performance at KSP Syariah BeeMASS, Ngawi district, East Java. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary data. The population in this study were all employees at KSP Syariah BMT BeeMASS. Sampling technique utilizes the "Saturation Sampling" method, with a total sample of 31 respondents. Then the data collection techniques use a questionnaire, and analyze using multiple linear regression on the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the variable of good corporate governance is not partially on financial performance. Corporate culture variable partially positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, the variables of good corporate governance and corporate culture together have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of the Islamic KSP BMT BeeMASS, Ngawi Regency, East Java.}
