N2  - This scientific paper examines the ?Integration of Webqual 4.0 and Servqual
Methods for Evaluating the Quality of the University of Islam Indonesia Library
Website.? This scientific paper was written to determine the quality of the
University of Islam Indonesia Library website. The method used in this study was
quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis by
calculating the average value. Data collection involved a sample of 100 UII
students using random sampling. Data collection methods included questionnaires
(Google Forms), observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results
showed that the evaluation of website quality using the Webqual 4.0 and Servqual
methods on the usability dimension yielded a score of 3.16, falling into the ?good?
category. Users rated the UII Library website as very easy to use, reflected in the
highest score on the ease of use indicator at 3.32. However, the visual appearance
and layout of the website still need improvement to be more attractive and optimal,
as indicated by the lowest score on the appearance indicator at 3.01. The
information quality dimension scored 3.21, falling into the ?good? category. The
UII Library website successfully presents information in a format that meets user
needs, as reflected in the highest score for the format indicator at 3.24. However,
the relevance of the information provided can still be improved to better align with
user expectations and needs, as seen in the lowest score for the relevance indicator
at 3.19. The service interaction quality dimension received a score of 3.16, falling
into the ?good? category. Users highly rely on the security and trustworthiness of
the UII Library website, as evidenced by the highest score on the trust indicator at
3.35. However, the personalized services provided by the website need to be
developed to be more responsive and adaptable to individual user needs, as seen in
the lowest score on the personalization indicator at 3.03.
