However, the demands of these dual roles can increase the risk of anxiety, especially for students who hold important roles in organizations and come from fields of study with high academic burdens. This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience and anxiety in students who participate in student organizations. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The subjects of the study were 184 active students from state and private universities in Yogyakarta who were members of student organizations. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique, namely the quota sampling type, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between resilience and anxiety, with the contribution of the anxiety variable of 5.8% to the variation in resilience. This finding indicates that the higher the level of student resilience, the lower the level of anxiety they experience. Thus, it is hoped that students who participate in organizations can increase their resilience in order to avoid anxiety.
