"Students are required to be active in academic and non-academic fields, such as attending\r\nlectures and participating in organizations. However, the demands of these dual roles can\r\nincrease the risk of anxiety, especially for students who hold important roles in\r\norganizations and come from fields of study with high academic burdens. This study aims\r\nto determine the relationship between resilience and anxiety in students who participate in\r\nstudent organizations. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method.\r\nThe subjects of the study were 184 active students from state and private universities in\r\nYogyakarta who were members of student organizations. Data were collected using a\r\nquestionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique, namely the quota sampling type,\r\nthen analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a\r\nsignificant negative relationship between resilience and anxiety, with the contribution of\r\nthe anxiety variable of 5.8% to the variation in resilience. This finding indicates that the\r\nhigher the level of student resilience, the lower the level of anxiety they experience. Thus,\r\nit is hoped that students who participate in organizations can increase their resilience in\r\norder to avoid anxiety.\r\nKeywords: anxiety, resilience, university students, student organization"^^ .
