N2  - This purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the
communication climate to stress academic staff employees UIN Sunan Kalijaga
Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study is the employees of the academic staff UIN
Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta by the number of subject 60 peoples. Sampling
technique studies using cluster random sampling. The method used is quantitative.
The analysis that used to find the correlation between communication
climate with work stress on academic staff employees UIN Sunan Kalijaga
Yogyakarta is the analysis of the Pearson?s product moment. The results of
statistical calculations show the value of Rxy= 0.056 and p = 0.312 (p> 0.05), it
explains the relationship between two variables is not significant.
