Children often become victims due to a lack of understanding about body boundaries and risky behaviors. In this context, parents play a vital role as the primary educators in providing early sexual education. The level of parental knowledge is strongly suspected to influence preventive behavior against sexual violence, as sufficient knowledge fosters awareness, positive attitudes, and protective actions in safeguarding children from potential abuse. This study aims to determine the influence of parents? knowledge level about sexual education on preventive behavior against sexual violence in early childhood. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling involving 69 respondents, in which the population and the sample were identical. The data collection instruments used were a Guttman scale for the knowledge variable and a Likert scale for the preventive behavior variable. Data were analyzed using normality tests, linearity tests, and simple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the two variables. The results showed a significant influence between the level of sexual education knowledge and preventive behavior against sexual violence, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 112.885 + 0.308X with a significance value of 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R?) was 0.556, meaning that 55.6\% of preventive behavior is influenced by the level of parental sexual education knowledge, while the remaining 44.4\% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, the higher the parents? knowledge about sexual education, the better their preventive behavior against sexual violence in early childhood.} }
