N2  - A written collaboration agreement was carried out by the Klik Pendidikan News Portal, in this collaboration contract there were three parties involved, the first party was PT Promedia Teknologi Indonesia, the second party was the Klik Pendidikan News Portal and the third party was the content creator. In a written cooperation agreement, of course there are several rules and responsibilities that must be fulfilled by the parties and also the rights that will be obtained. However, the collaboration contract carried out by the Klik Pendidikan News Portal is something new and there are no norms or rules that specifically regulate it, in fact the validity and type or name of the collaboration is not yet known. Therefore, this issue is very important to research as an effort to find out the validity of the cooperation agreement and the type or name of the cooperation agreement entered into by the Klik Pendidikan News Portal based on Islamic law.
The type of research used is field work on the Klik Education News Portal with a normative-empirical approach. To obtain accurate data, the researcher used a direct interview method with the parties involved in the collaboration agreement and also a literature study. Meanwhile, the method used to analyze the data is descriptive-analytical.
The results of the research show that the cooperation agreement made on the Klik Pendidikan News Portal does not conflict with Islamic law, so it can be said that the cooperation agreement is valid according to Islamic law because it has fulfilled the specified conditions. Then, according to Islamic law, the cooperation agreement is included in the type of syirkah al-?in?n contract because in determining capital, profit sharing and performance sharing are not equal, but are adjusted to the agreement of the parties.
