This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence and magnitude of the relationship between infrastructure management and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Yogyakarta Special Region Education Quality Assurance Center. This study is a quantitative research with a causality method aimed at analyzing the relationship between the variables of infrastructure management (X1) and employee work productivity (Y) when controlled by the work discipline variable (X2). This research was carried out at BPMP D.I. Yogyakarta with a sample of 50 employees. The sampling involves the entire population of the BPMP work team determined through saturated sampling techniques. The independent variable in this study is infrastructure management (X1), the dependent variable is employee work productivity (Y) and the corollary variable is work discipline (X2). The data collection method used questionnaires. In the data analysis technique, descriptive statistics are used, to determine the composition of the sample, the frequency distribution of data and cross-tables, and inferential statistics with the help of IBM SPSS 27. The test analysis was carried out by classical assumption tests, correlation tests (bivariate and partial) and regression tests (multiple linear regression). The results of the comparison between the bivariate correlation coefficient between the variables X1 and Y and the partial correlation coefficient between X1 and Y and X2 showed that the ryx coefficient > ryx.z was 0.593 > 0.470. This result is supported by regression analysis which shows that the contribution of work discipline to employee work productivity is greater than the contribution of infrastructure management with a multiple linear regression equation Y = = 1.969 + 0.347 X1 + 0.444 X2. The determination coefficient (R2) of 0.488 means that infrastructure management and work discipline can explain 48.8% of the variation in employee work productivity.
