This practice causes violations of workers' rights. This research was conducted in one of the selected coffee shops because it was considered interesting and in accordance with the topic to be studied. This coffee shop is quite crowded, especially by young people, so it is suitable for seeing firsthand how consumers behave in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, this coffee shop has a unique concept, from the design of the place to the way they serve customers, which makes it different from other coffee shops. The location is also strategic and easy to reach, making it easier to observe and collect data. With all these considerations, this coffee shop is considered suitable to be used as a research site because it can provide a real picture according to the focus of the study. Therefore, this study aims to analyze female workers according to the Laws and Regulations and also from the perspective of Maslahah Mursalah. The object of this research is a Food and Beverage company, namely Lestari Corner Coffee. The method used in this study is field research with an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then processed and analyzed to identify problems and find solutions to these problems. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of legal protection for female workers in fixed term employment agreements at Lestari Corner Coffee according to the Laws and Regulations is that many female workers still do not receive welfare guarantees. For example, when working overtime, many do not get overtime pay which should be required and regulated in the Laws and Regulations, but in practice the wages are not given by the company. Second, the implementation of legal protection for female workers in fixed term employment agreements at Lestari Corner Coffee according to the Maslahah Mursalah perspective is also not appropriate because the problems that occur at Lestari Corner Coffee are things that create public interest and leave difficulties or harm because they can cause difficulties for workers due to regulations made by the company.} }
