The variables examined include the manufacturing sector (MNU), trade openness (TOP), foreign direct investment (FDI), labor force (LFO), and government regulation (INS) as moderating variables. This research employs a dynamic panel data regression model with the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approach to address endogeneity issues. The results show that the manufacturing sector does not significantly influence economic growth, while trade openness (TOP) and foreign direct investment (FDI) have a significant impact. The interaction between government regulation (INS) and trade openness (TOP), as well as between regulation and FDI, enhances their effect on economic growth. These findings highlight the importance of policies that support good regulation to strengthen the contribution of the economic sector to GDP growth. Based on these results, the government needs to strengthen policies that improve regulatory quality and support productive sectors that have the potential to drive sustainable economic growth.} }
