Child empowerment is essential in preparing them to live independently and become self-reliant after leaving the orphanage. The life skills program implemented at the orphanage is designed to equip children with practical skills relevant to everyday life. This research uses a qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the life skills training program at Ar-Rahman Orphanage includes the production of light snacks (such as risoles, chocolate nastar cookies, and chocolate-filled bread), as well as catfish farming and sheep farming. These trainings contribute to enhancing the children?s skills, self-confidence, and independence in facing life outside the orphanage. However, the implementation of the program still faces several challenges, such as limited trainers, equipment, and sustainability of activities. This study recommends broader support from external parties to ensure the program can run optimally and sustainably.
