This program is designed to create an intensive, structured learning environment that supports the optimization of students' memorization. In this context, implementation management becomes key to the program's success, where planning, execution, and evaluation aspects are interconnected in achieving the goal of improving memorization quality. The main objective of this study is to analyze how the management of the implementation of the tahfidz and tahsin quarantine program at QLC can optimize the quality of students' memorization. This study is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at exploring in-depth the practice of implementation management at QLC. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with research subjects selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, using source and method triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The research findings show that the implementation management of the tahfidz and tahsin quarantine at QLC is carried out through stages of program planning, structured learning implementation, and periodic evaluation of students' memorization achievements. The learning methods used, such as the Yadain method and tahsin, as well as the individual approach in learning, have proven effective in improving the quality of students' memorization. The results of the implementation management indicate a significant improvement in the quality of students' memorization, both in terms of the amount of memorization achieved and the application of better tajweed and makhraj. Students participating in the program demonstrated more stable memorization abilities, smoother recitation, and a deeper understanding of the memorized verses.
