Pop-up book media based on Madurese culture is packaged as attractively as possible to be used as an alternative teaching method specifically to introduce Madurese culture to early childhood. The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) the development of pop-up book media with Madurese culture to improve the competence of early childhood, (2) the feasibility of pop-up book media with Madurese culture to improve the competence of early childhood, (3) the effectiveness of pop-up book media with Madurese culture to improve the competence of early childhood. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of the study were 27 children aged 5–6 years at RA Babul Huda, PAUD Melati, and RA Al- Munawwaroh. Data collection was carried out through validation by media experts, material experts, and Madurese cultural experts, as well as through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and field trials. Data were analyzed by product validity testing using feasibility and effectiveness testing. The feasibility test product used the NP formula. While the product effectiveness test used a paired sample t-test with a one-group pretest–posttest design model. The results of the study indicate that: (1) a product has been produced in the form of a pop-up book learning media based on Madurese culture.
