Informants were selected based on certain criteria and through snowball sampling technique, so that five tahfizh Qur'an teachers who actively teach at Daarul Qur'an International Primary School were obtained. A qualitative method with phenomenological approach was applied in this study. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Research finding were analyzed using thematic analysis. Member checking and source triangulation were used to test the validity of the data. The result of this study indicate that the psychological well-being of tahfizh Qur'an teachers at Daarul Qur'an International Primary School is reflected through five main themes: 1) meaningful experiences in their profession, 2) strong social relationships ang support, 3) emotional dynamics and adaptation in their roles, 4) reflective strategies and self development, and 5) spirituality as the foundation of their profession. The factors contributing to the psychologycal well-being of tahfizh Qur'an teachers originate from both internal and external sources.
