Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D. abstract: Sufistic guidance plays an important role for Madrasah Aliyah students, as it helps them develop holistically in spiritual, emotional, and social aspects. The low level of self-control among students at MA Nahdlatus Shaufiah Wanasaba, East Lombok, is reflected in behaviors such as truancy, lack of responsibility, and difficulty in managing emotions. This condition indicates the need for a guidance intervention that is not only oriented toward cognitive aspects but also spiritual development. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Sufistic Guidance Module to improve students’ self-control at MA Nahdlatus Shaufiah Wanasaba, East Lombok. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 90 eleventh-grade students of MA Nahdlatus Shaufiah Wanasaba, divided into two stages: trial and implementation. The instruments used included expert validation sheets for content and media, as well as self-control questionnaires administered before and after the module implementation. The results show that the developed module meets the feasibility criteria based on expert validation of content and media, categorized as “highly feasible.” Empirically, the implementation results demonstrated an increase in the students’ self-control score to 60.88, indicating significant improvement.
