"The rise of challenges in the digital era, which is full of distractions and\r\nspiritual crises among students, requires an educational approach that not only\r\nemphasizes cognitive aspects but also the development of holistic spiritual awareness.\r\nIslamic Mindfulness is a strategic approach in Islamic religious education to address\r\nthese challenges, particularly in shaping the spiritual attitudes of students. This study\r\naims to analyze the role of Islamic Education teachers in facilitating Islamic\r\nMindfulness practices, examine its integration with Islamic Education material and\r\nreligious culture, and reveal the implications of these practices on the formation of\r\nstudents' spiritual values at MAN 2 Sleman based on Victor Imaduddin Ahmad's\r\ntheory through three pillars (zikir, salat, ihsan).\r\nThis research uses a qualitative descriptive research type, with a\r\nphenomenological approach. The primary data sources come from PAI teachers who\r\nteach (Al-Qur'an hadith, fiqh, aqidah akhlak) and distribution of questionnaires to\r\nstudents at MAN 2 Sleman. The secondary data sources came from several\r\ndocuments, books, theses, scientific articles, websites, and proceedings related to the\r\nresearch to reinforce the findings. Data collection techniques included observation,\r\ninterviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, it was analyzed through\r\nthree stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.\r\nThe results of the study show that: 1) PAI teachers act as transformative\r\nfacilitators through five key roles, namely: as drivers of spiritual awareness, building\r\nawareness in learning routines, connecting theory with practice, responding to the\r\nspiritual challenges of Gen Z, and being role models in spiritual practice. 2) The\r\nintegration of Islamic Mindfulness runs naturally and holistically in PAI material and\r\nblends with the religious culture of madrasahs, supported by adequate facilities and\r\ninfrastructure, forming spiritual attitude that include religious-spiritual aspects,\r\nsocial relationships, and ethics. 3) Victor Imaduddin Ahmad's theoretical analysis\r\nproves that these three pillars are well implemented and have positive implications\r\nfor the formation of inner peace, devotion, discipline, and noble character (ihsan) in\r\nstudents, creating a spiritual ecosystem that strengthens vertical (hablum minallah)\r\nand horizontal (hablum minannas) relationships. This study concludes that the\r\npractice of Islamic Mindfulness is effective in shaping the spiritual attitudes of\r\nstudents. As a suggestion, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of teachers,\r\ninnovate strategies to deal with digital distractions, and create closer synergy with\r\nparents."^^ . "2025-11-05" . . . .
